ONA #1

When playing sports it is important to have a sense of depth perception. Honestly, I can’t tell an ounce of difference if I try closing one eye, but supposedly it helps our brains judge distances between the incoming ball of death and our fragile little faces.

Another thing that does not help when playing volley  ball is being in an anime. For some reason, whenever you are in an anime there is a magical magnet pulling the ball toward your face, and this magnet only gets stronger the more out of sync you are with the world. The world of anime is a dangerous place.

So this is how the whole bandage thing started… With an actual injury.

Actually, this looks like this is where the whole “Evil Eye” delusion got started in the first place. I feel a little disappointed that they did not give a reason for the delusion to start (even something cliche like “her parents died”, “aliens probed her”, or “she was dropped on her head as a baby”) especially because it is the whole subject of the anime.

Perhaps the doctors just gave her some stupendously strong pain medication and the delusions came from being high.

ONA #3

This was the best net animation, because it takes place in the golden era of the Dark Flame Master.

If a girl acts like a lunatic it’s cute, if a guy does the same it’s creepy and he will likely be arrested. Thankfully our main character knows this and is quick to hide his gun and magical robe the second he notices the police come a rolling.

Also I thought that it was cute that the sister’s friend thought that he was cool. Everyone knows crazy people are cool, especially when they have big guns.

Now if you will excuse me, I am going to perform a 6 hour meditation to improve my blogging skills.

Well, since little sister’s friend thinks it’s awesome, maybe it’s only us that thinks it’s creepy and it’s really awesome to certain audiences, lol. Then again it probably depends more on how things are done. I can imagine it being creepy even if it’s being done by a girl.

And good point about the depth perception, that didnt occur to me lol. Though as you say it probably wouldn’t matter that much anyway because of the face magnet.

Incidentally, pretty quiet around the cafe this season ain’t it? Busy period for everyone?

    • I can’t speak for the whole crew, but I know that I am more busy than I ever have been with calculus and other less painful courses.

But on the good side of things, my new netbook is in the mail and my “My Little Pony” fan-fiction binge is finally coming to an end.

I have not started any new fan-fiction since the beginning of the season and about 6 of the fan-fiction that I had been following have ended within that time. Eventually the amount of fics I am reading should slow down to a trickle and more of my free time will be spent focused on anime, specifically Little Busters + Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai + Robotics;Notes. (and perhaps Ichizon and Kyusogiga if I magically find the time or if I drop Little busters)

Of course, the new season of My Little Pony starts in less than a week – so I have to write that one in somehow.

And my little sister and I are playing though L4D2 right now – that takes up a catastrophic amount of time.

Ugh, now that I have written everything out I feel like I am spending too much time slacking off.

I know I am spending too much time slacking off.

      Time better spent unspent.

Edit: Lol, akismet thought that my comment was spam.
